Okay, I'm back for another year of MOCing awesomeness! This year, you can add as many MOCs as you want! Yeah, just make sure you read the rules so that you understand what's going on. Anyway, here's what I said last year, with a few changes:

This group is basically a contest. Whoever can create the best starscream model wins. It does not have to transform, but you will get extra credit if you include the transforming feature. It can be any re-incarnation; G1, G2, Armada, War Within, War For Cybertron, Beast Wars (Waspinator), Micheal Bay TF Trilogy, Cybertron (Galaxy Force), Animated, Prime, and many more.

Winners will be announced on the 30th of december, 2012. Anyone who doesn't make the top three is a runner up. Everyone will be featured in a special creation, which will be part of the 'major projects' section on my homepage. Good luck, and happy building!

(For the voting section, give any model you like or don't like a rating out of ten. MAKE SURE YOUR RATE NUMBER IS FIVE OR HIGHER! Anything below five is more like an insult than a rate or a vote.)

Oh, and you can add as many creations as you want. Put 20, if you want! Oh, and you have to add your creations to the creation list, otherwise it won't count.
