Halhi and A Sargent's Message Wall
This group doesn't have any LEGO creations
and it isn't accepting new ones.
My time in the Lego community began on Lego.com when I went by the name "halhi141". Back when the Mata Nui Online Game 2 was around, I decided to get an account so I could save my progress. I tried to go under the name "Hahli", after the main character, but lego.com made me use the name "halhi141" instead.
Over time, I began to use Lego.com more and more and my activity there hit a peak during 2011 when I used NXTLog quite frequently. Eventually, through NXTLiftboy, I discovered mocpages. I originally intended to keep Lego.com as my main site, but I quickly transitioned to mocpages.
Timeline of Significant MOCs

December 3, 2011:
My time on mocpages began back on December 3, 2011, with the posting of NXT Supercar. At the time I thought it was amazing and near-perfect. Oh, how wrong I was.
April 1, 2012:
I post my first of many alternate models of official sets.
April 23, 2012:
My first vignette. If I remember correctly, I think I stole the cow design from somewhere else.
June 10, 2012:
I finally begin to take pictures with a decent white background! My background, actually, hasn't changed much since then, proof that I was finally starting to do something right. Well, with regards to presentation anyway - I still had much to learn about building a coherent MOC.
June 19, 2012:
Speaking of presentation, I finally experiment with photo editing. Here the MOC is better than the picture, for once (I had yet to find the magic wand tool...)
June 23, 2012
I enter a contest for the first time. The contest goes inactive before the end, but it's still a significant start. Plus, the MOC actually is pretty decent with some flimsy but interesting techniques.
August 15, 2012:
I join the contest group, which is my new home and source of building inspiration for over a year. The MOC itself seemed great at the time, although now it seems a bit bland.
September 8, 2012:
My first castle MOC, also for the contest group.
August 15, 2013
This was a pretty decent story MOC, my first PAB purchase, and a MOC-off entry. The piano, which is by far the best part of the creation (basic brick stacking can look good, but it's technically bland and not detailed), is still intact today.
My first friend on the site was Alex B. While he's not very active here anymore and we have different building tastes now, he was a good friend for many months and I believe that he also receives credit for giving me my first blatantly negative feedback here. Despite his thoughts, that MOC is still one of my favorites and I still use it as a standard for high-quality photography, superb accuracy, and a wide display of techniques.
Sarcasm aside, that build might be the worst I've ever posted on mocpages. Folks, this is why you should never delete your old pages - now you can make fun of them on your mociversary post.
