You can actually call businesses for free on skype. What you do is you call 1-800-Goo-g411 or 1-800-466-4411 So now its time for prank call! I don't do it a lot, but when I need laughs, I call the petsmart grooming department. It is hilarious. They answer and you go, Yes, should I keep feeding my dog whole eggs? They don't seem to be making his fur shine any shinyer. Then they are like what? And then they try to trace your call, but they can't because google made it so they can't track you it just comes out as this persons location is 1800goog411? Then they just hang up. It is just hilarious. And free. hehehehe.
