Unfortunately, my neighbor and friend who had cancer has had a relapse, and this time, the docs can't do anything. He has had so much radiation that if he gets anymore it could severely damage his body. This time it looks like he is not going to beat it. Not relying on the doctors anyway, this time it's all up to God. I hope he makes it, he is only eight years old. =(

I'm so sorry. 8 years on this planet isn't enough, it's such a shame. D-:

To the lowest of the lows of human emotion is where my heart lies at the news of this. As mentioned, 8 years is not enough life spent on this earth. My heart goes out to those related to him, and thoughts and prayers as well. I'd like to take a moment here to just give you all something to think about. I think it is fitting at this time: Needless to say, life is not always fair. Where time is concerned, the next minute on the clock is never gaurunteed to us. As humans, we don't know how much time we have, but we do know how much time we want. Who and what we have loved, we must eventually leave. We shape our lives around who and what we want to become and form our destinies that way. My point is this; As uncertain as life is, be certain of who you are, who you want to be, where you want to go, and what you want to leave behind on this planet. Live every moment to the fullest, much like what your friend must do now. We're all given time so that we can make the most of ourselves, no matter what age we live up to be. Dream well, do well, and most importantly, live well.

Thanks everyone, and I would tell him, but he doesn't quite know yet. We don't even know how much time he has left, sooo.

Thanks you guys, I appreciate it, and he would too. He is in hospice care right now, and there is no medical cure.

Oh don't get me wrong, I pray every day about it. But in the end it's God's decision.
