Boom, first post.

Boom, school is out.

Boom, Mr. Waffles may be collaborating with the "Waffle SS."

I strive to get this group active again!

Want the truth? Okay, so this group was great when it was still active. Sure, we get a couple of comments every now and then, but not like we used to. We better step it up, groupmates.

And I blame Waffles. He's been too worried about leading the Waffle SS to worry about us. Plus school, and other daily things that need to be taken care of. I guess you can't blame him, he has a life outside of MOCPages, or the net for that matter. Unlike most of us. Not kidding... For the most part.

I have nothing to do anyway, besides play on xbox LIVE with friends or go to the mall with friends. When Im not doing any of those things, I go online. Preferably MOCPages, because at least I know that when I get on here, Im amongst friends, like most of you guys. I miss talking to you guys in this group, mainly because this was one of my favorite groups.

Lets keep it that way.

I tried.

I give up. I could try to make this group active with only my posts, but that defeats the purpose of having a group with other people. Good lord, our name is the Group of Peoples! There are people in this group! Why aren't they active?

I can't do this myself. I need other people to help in making this group active again.

I'm here.

People do have lives outside of MOCpages you know. I'm in a lot of other groups, a lot of which I'm an Admin. I can't always come here. I usually hang out at the TFOLPC honestly, because it's more active and it has more active leadership.

I know people have lives, but honestly...

Im bored. I have nothing to do today, and all my friends are rather out of town or are spending time with their families. Im just trying to spark up a conversation in one of my favorite MOCPages groups.

I understand that you're bored but you can't expect entertainment from other people. I have to go now. Sorry.

Don't know.

Don't care. All I know is that this group was pretty cool when it was active.

I joined a little bit ago hoping to find some good conversation and activity, but not like the TFOL group I was part of. It was a bunch of nonsense so I left, and was hoping this group would different... but also something other then just creation posting page.

Talk about inactivity...
My inactivity is the result of a Flickr addiction.
H8 to say it, but I find myself liking Flickr more. Uploading is way easier, people are easier to talk to, picture quality is superior, and I get a stronger sense of community there, as odd as it sounds.

There are a lot of other websites out there, but I still think MOCpages has hope, and maybe even this group.

I agree with you. MOCpages has just been slow lately and is losing its fun. My reasons have been many. I mean, school, homework and my job have been taking up time, not to mention my friends and family.

My view of the pages is this: For someone starting to venture into the online Lego community, Mocpages is a great place; develop friends, learn how the online community operates, build a little better, etc. However, if you really want to get good at building, Flickr is the place to definitely refine your skills and work at becoming a really great builder. The only reason I build how I build currently, is because of all the incredible builds and builders that make up Flickr's Lego community.

I agree, I don't have a flickr account but I usually go to flickr when I need inspiration or want to know how to build something better!
