I know everyone is waiting patiently for the final results. The judges are quadruple checking everything to make sure we get it right.
In the meantime, here are some interesting statistics I whipped up to remind you of how much fun we've had. The numbers are pretty accurate, but I admit I didn't go over them with the same scrutiny I did the final scores. Enjoy!

Thank you to all the competitors for your dedication to this competition, your inspired builds, and for putting up with the four judges and our various schedules, eccentricities and personalities. Thanks to Chris Phipson for helping get this thing off the ground. Thank you to the spectators and commentators who help keep things on the up and up. And a final thanks to my fellow judges; who worked tirelessly to insure that this competition was an enjoyable and learning experience.

Those are some very cool stats, and quite unexpected checking some of the averages. I cannot figure out why the people above me had to reply to the whole thing in order to write one sentence. Congrats to our number one team for bringing forth the heat. -Dylan Permalink | March 18, 2010, 8:47 pm |

It's a moot point, but I tallied 574 for Squid Suc kers; it does not change the final rankings.
Anyway, thank you Phippy, judges, and everybody else for making this contest happen. It was a blast!
