What do you think is the greatest scene in transformer history?

I think it's when the autobots arrive in the 2007 movie, (I swear I was close to tears when the autobots rolled in through the mist and transformed). I liked the music in that scene as well

I have to agree. That scene was BEST. I even used the music in one chapter of my comic series "Legacies".

if it was the sadest i would say optimus' death in the G1 movie, the greatest would be in the 2006/7 movie the autobots free riding on the highway and out come barricade and bonecrusher from no where.

Quoting Aiden Brooks
I like when Blackout attacks the Military Base and when OP fights Meggy both in the 2007 movie

The battle with op and meggy in the g1 movie and the movie in 2007.

And the best part of all is when the dinobots fight devestator in the g1 movie.

When Devestator rolls through the gate in the '07 movie. Saddest is in the trailer of the new one, when it appears Optimus DIES, yes DIES!!!!! NOOOOO

The part in the new 07 movie when prime meets agent simons and he says "taking the children was a bad move". the music in that part sounds like it could be in the dark knight.

I like the first fight in the 2007 movie, Bumblebee Vs. Barricade. They both just transform so fast and get right down to it. It was also the first time we see that kind of animation fighting eachother, which is amazing.

I particularly loved the slow-motion scene where Ironhide does a cannon jump to avoid Brawl's missiles. That was just epic.

My favorite scene was from Dark of the Moon when the Xanthium gets blown up. You really get the feeling that the Autobots are dead. Even though the AUTOBOTS ALWAYS HAVE TO BEAT THE DECEPTICONS!!!!! ):<

The original 80s G1 animated Movie: Optimus Prime vs Megatron to the death! One shall stand .. one shall fall!

The most emotional part for me was in the first Bay Transformers movie when the Autobots arrive and we see Prime for the first time. I admit I was misty eyed. The toughest part was before the last fight scene at the end of DOTM when Optimus says to Megatron, "Let's find out", and his mouth plates slam shut.

Well, since DotM has been out a while, I can say my two new favorite scenes.
**SPOILER ALERT**
Probably one of the coolest scenes was the highway chase when the Decepticons were after Sentinel. Just the whole thing, but especially when Bumblebee throws Sam out of him, transforms, knocks som pipes out of the way, transforms part way back, lands, grabs Sam from the air, puts him back inside, and finishes transforming.
The most emotional scene for me was when the Decepticons dcided not to take prisoners, killed Wheeljack, and were getting ready to kill Bumblebee with Sam sitting there watching not being able to do anything. I almost cried there.

In DOTM when the Autobots arrive on the scene after the Xantium is blown up, that was pretty cool, when all the music was playing and: "Today, we take the battle to them!"

Also the scene when the autobots were heading towards the Xantium after Sentinel's ultimatum, the mood of the scene and the quiet, slower version of the usual theme actually made one of my friends cry

I'll NEVER forget Optimus Prime falling apart while driving his ship into the Quintesson's stronghold.

Definitely Optimus Prime's and Megatron's battle in the original 1984 movie. Say what you want about the new movies, but the exchange of the lines, "It's over, Prime." and "NEVER!" were the greatest!
