I think itīs the atmosphere , the old space ships like the star destroyer and i just love the old design, itīs very modern. Theres no computer animation, just old effects ( this is why I hate the special edtitions)

Hey everyone, just joined. Some of you I know, some I don't. As is evident by my builds, I stick to OT stuff. I like the original trilogy better because I think using the models and real sets instead of CG gives more of a feel of actually being there in the action. The CG looks ok, but not enough to replace real sets.

You're right! I mean just compare a cgi AT-RT from CW with an AT-ST or AT-AT. The way of moving looks very different while the old sets definitely give a more natural and authentic feeling.
