Operation: Chinese Takeout
John here, I've hijacked Ian's profile while I'm at his place.

Ian and I are planning a joint operation between Siberia and Mongolia to invade and take control of Eastern China (everything worth taking is on the coast) We hope most of you aren't too opposed to mass genoside. *wink*

Here's the basic outlines

Just throwing this out there, but if you do secure the territory there are going to be quite a few ethnic issues. Russian policies and general east-going Russians don't think too kindly of the former-pressuring Chinese. With that said, you'd have to adopt your own highly sensitive doctrines of protection and your tax dollars are going to a rather futile set of papers.

Ethnicity, not currency. And yes, they're used to totalitarianism but that was because their policies and people were homogeneous. When you have a mostly caucasian government peering down upon an Asian minority in said governance, there will be issues of social and cultural identification.

Holy Christ. You're invading a highly homogeneous people that haven't seen such a high caucasian density in their region in force. So, automatically you don't expect them to reject you? Oh how perfect the world must be. You're completely overlooking the cultural aspects of politics. And thus, you're going to kill off some of the most densely populated areas just so you can expand your regime. Way to go. If such terms come to play, please do expect friction from myself and several other European powers.

This just amplifies my case. You're removing the homeland of these individuals for no rightful reason. Hearts and minds means a peaceful integration. At this rate, your braking the mule's back with air-headed circumstances. If anyone has a cause to be there, it would be the conservative Mongolians and possibly some of the far-eastern Russians. They have at least some cultural ties and mixing in their populations. But by all means, please do remove these people in some glorified righteousness.

It is because it's the main issue of invasionary idealism. If you have a heterogeneous population, you aim to integrate the areas with similar cultural rights. However, with same-sect people like the Chinese, they've pretty much established themselves in a fair state of affairs.

And genocide is one of the worst crimes in the war. The punishment is most often blood for blood.

You are over reacting to a worse case scenario. What I have explained is in case of a full scale rebellion. I don't WANT to kill of 1/5 of the world's population.

The "worst case scenario" is the likely outcome because of what I've continued to say. The Chinese are all the same. They are not European in the least bit. They will reject Russian rule. They will start an insurrection. You will retaliate with a spilling of blood.

I don't want anything to do with the Chinese people, I just want their resources.

No, I mean the BEAR plans to take China, bit by bit, then invade Japan and Korea, then take Nick's Russia, and then use that as a skipping stone to Canada.

I seriously doubt that. Not least because there's far more to gain by properly digesting China.

Essentially we need China for resources. If we can control their government and get their military on our side, even if not willingly, then that's even better.

The frontlines aren't going to change in a matter of 24 hours in most cases. Especially since we pretty much know your general directory and bearing on the public basis.

Aside from that, I think either Awe or Tom would do well. Awe is rather witty and can coordinate things well (helps with scheduling and the like) while Tom is a fair individual with experience in these matters.

Yes. A demon of the ancient world.

Tell him that a 14mm is so much better it just isn't funny.

See this?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KPV_heavy_machine_gun

It's an old Soviet design.

It's twice as powerful as the much vaunted M2 and anything else chambered in .50 BMG.

It and its cartridge are from 1950.

Think of the damage a similar weapon from the 2020s could do, and you can see why I like the 14mm Alenian calibre so much.

TL,DR: Russian 14mm supermachinegun > Amerikanski .50 notsosupermachinegun by 200%.
