I DID NOT DO THAT!

That was most certainly Ham. I don't incite insurgencies. I'm chivalrous, remember?

I would really wish you would stop sending aid to Africa.

In fact, if it weren't for the fact that the Africans are insuIting my capability and receiving help from you, I would have already offered a peace treaty and forced removal of Osea from its colonies- I've realized they really don't need them at all.

Then again, neither does Algeria or the USCA, which would almost certainly invade Libya and/or Tunisia immediately after Osea leaves.

Well, for some reason, I believe you. Though I'd believe you more if you hadn't threatened Jack Ford with the same thing...

However, I have territory in Africa now; so like it or not, we're neighbors.

I'm willing to secede hostilities until we figure something out. But I'd just as soon have you negotiate peace regardless. I've taken the first step now, what will you do? You'll find me either a most generous neighbor, or a most tenacious enemy.

The guns have fallen silent on the African front for the first time in two weeks. Men are exhausted, some almost to the state of sickness. R&R leave is mandatory to rejuvenate the men while the fresh battalions take over active duty. Most of the men never thought they'd ever go to Africa and are enjoying the climate and sights.

The two treacherous officers were executed this morning, and buried with honors immediately afterward.

It takes much to guard the prisoners. Thankfully, they have already shipped-out this afternoon and are headed toward the Americas.

<The SRGL is warned that while the prisoners are en route, they don't have to make it home. Especially if the insurgents continue to receive support from the SRGL.>

Thousands of African colonial soldiers are being sent to re-education sessions to train them for the Indian Army standards. They will be reissued Indian weapons and trained on Indian machines. Very few of them are exceptionally loyal to the Americans, which makes things easier. Most couldn't really care less who they serve as long as they are well treated (reference a quick history on colonial Africa if in doubt). And well treated they are, given that India has promised relatively interference-free self-governance. They will, of course, be expected to work for their livings, often employed by India; but there are no foreseen issues surrounding contentment.

No combat modding for tonight for me; I just got back from a religious function (like I do after every Monday and Tuesday night) and I need to sleep for a math test tomorrow (Honors Algebra II is a pain!). And one last note on the topic of bias- I admit sometimes my Modding seems biased, but mostly because I dont have the time anymore to write how things occurred, for instance, Egyptian AWACS could have been distracted by a feint from the South, and failed to note the super-low flying PCU/Indian/Unknown aircraft. If you have any issues with a battle, I will attempt to clarify, as I have no intention of being biased- intentionally or not- against any members.

It's not overexpanding, it's two militaries altogether. In fact, with the introduction of a new heavy chariot, the Mesopotamian kingdoms may soon join the fray as well. Then you're in trouble.

That makes no sense. If you have two militaries, then Egypt relies completely on war chariots, and Germany on it's slow armored vehicles.

No, my major roadways didn't get bombed, that was me bombing Nick's major roadways I believe. And we Egyptians use rivers a lot more than we use roads, and you can't really bomb a river and get results.

Also, SAMs usually can't get up to the altitude our German bombers do their carpet bombing at, and if they do, they have APS turrets to shoot the missiles down.

And you, build a chariot? HAH! I see, they are effective machines after all, are they not? I'm soon coming out with a new, larger one to supplement the Hyper War Chariots.

I kind of like this arms race going on here, quite entertaining.

Kind of, yes, but Germany's armored vehicles aren't all slow- especially not the Pz. Kpfw XIII and XIV. Plus, with us, it's all about range- hitting the enemy with guided missiles launched from recoilless rifles or smoothbore tank guns before they can even pick you up on radar.

I said runways, you're right though, why use roads when you can use rivers?
I was planning on using a Japanese Omono to shoot down your bombers. Not that any will be heading my way with your runways destroyed and all.
By war chariots I mean chariot style trailers, that carry long range weapons, supplies, possibly troops or mortar.

Exactly, the missile thingys (for lack of a better word) that Avella uses right now only have a range of 16 miles. They are cheap and easily transported through rough terrain which is their only advantage.

The AIM-9 sidewinder missile is an air-air weapon. The entire system is smaller, because it doesn't have the gear to launch itself up, and then guide. It just has to guide. Although yes, technology makes stuff smaller, but the explosive charge used in conventional munitions really has been stretched to it's limit. Even though stuff will naturally become more compact, to say you have a fully functional anti-air system that could be towed behind a person is just wacko. You're still going to need the same basic principle of a tripe-A setup. A la Patriot Battery. And that stuff is expensive. For instance, the entire of South Korea is defended by only three Patriot batteries, or less then that.

If you look at my Avenger (which Andrew has about a hundred of), it's low-mid range, based on the stinger platform, which is a smaller, but this less powerful round with limited range. Not going to be able to take anything high up out. Tactical air defense, not strategic.

Okay, although would this be able to take low flying aircraft out? Or even just shoot down helicopters, and prevent strafing runs from being run.

Unfortunately, no, I just don't see it. From what I saw, due to it's size the most firepower you could get out of that thing would be like the 70mm unguided folding-fin rockets on a helicopter, and they'd have pretty short range.

Look, that wasn't a threat. I have guaranteed your protection, but right now Cliffe is doing quite a bit of saber-rattling in Africa that might end in war.

Long story short (and you can read the past ICFs to get the whole story) he has backed a certain country that is continuing to kill innocent civilians in my country every day by inciting terrorist cells. He has repeatedly refused diplomatic solutions while openly threatening me and others.

So, in my opinion, it's something that you as a developing country and economy shouldn't be going to a war so soon.

That doesn't quite make sense.

If you don't like my alliance with the SRGL, then you should just talk to me about that directly instead of indirectly attacking me! I never knew you were displeased with me because of Ham. You should have just told me, then I would be willing to come up with a diplomatic solution.

I would have thought that would have been obvious by now...

I had to suppress you and keep you busy so you couldn't send more aid to the SRGL. Plus, I sorta promised the PCU I'd help them, considering we were fighting the same enemy. I believe I made my position clear with my actions in N. America.

Right now, I've canceled all actions against you. I won't stand by and let you attack someone half your size (um, something about chivalry?) so take that how you will.

instead of indirectly attacking me!

No, I'm pretty sure I was aiming right for you...

I don't quite understand your English, no offense to you if you don't speak it well, but yes, your help is most appreciated. Currently, our objective is to occupy all the German-speaking territory of Switzerland north of the Alps. We have special plans for the Alps.

An air-to-air missile is very, very, very different from a SAM. It has a lot less than half the range.
