Well actually, Reach is supposed to be the last Halo, but who knows. Bungie like to pull fast ones on people.

No. Halo Reach isn't going to be for the Kinect. The Kinect won't be able to support something with that many moving particles at one time (over 1000!). The Kinect can only support mini games like kart racing, FPS car racing, an obstacle course thing, a fitness game, and a game called Kinectamals. In Kinectamals you can choose from over 40 different animals and play with them using the Kinect.

The Kinect only uses games that are child friendly and with not that awesome graphics. Halo Reach's 1000 particles moving at once would cause problems...

I watched Xbox 360's E3 press conference last Monday so I know quite a LOT.

I bet you guys didn't know about the new Xbox 360 Slim. They showed it at the E3 press conference too. It's awesome! Smaller, quieter, doesn't get hot, built in Wi-Fi, 250 GB hard drive, more USB ports, an HDMI output, a glossy black appearance, and it's all the same price. New and awesome and it's the same price as the old one.

Here's two videos:
