There will be more Halo games. Bungie will not be making them because the signed a 10 year partnership with Actvision and will be working on other projects. Microsoft owns the Halo franchise because they owned Bungie when it was developed. When Bungie left Microsoft they were aloud to still make Halo 3: ODST and Halo Reach. Microsoft has put together a new team specifically to make new Halo games its called 343 Industries (most likely named after 343 Guilty Spark) Many people who worked for Bungie on the Halo franchise left and now work for 343 Industries, so even though Bungie wont be making any more Halo games some of the great minds behind Halo still will. So I guess we will just have to wait and see if they can live up to the high standard Bungie set. Permalink | August 20, 2010, 10:58 pm |

Not really, because Halo was developed when Bungie was owned by Microsoft. The halo franchise is simply owned by Microsoft and Bungie can't make a Halo game without Microsoft's permission. The Halo franchise will be continued by a 343 Studios, a company created by Microsoft themselves.
But don't be afraid, since many of the great minds that created Halo leave Bungie Studios, and join 343 Studios. Permalink | August 24, 2010, 10:59 am |

True. One of the Vidocs said that your team is used for insurrectionist threats. Actually in the vidoc a spartan is heard saying "Why aren't we seeing any explosive residue?" (Close enough) Since the innies use explosives all the time, I think there are insurrectionists on Reach but have no idea if they are in the game. Permalink | August 24, 2010, 1:18 pm |
