Why? I just came here to have fun, not compete for ratings, to show my LEGO. I don't know why Aiden thinks "It's all about ratings" but... yeah. And I was really looking forward to the Breach series... but oh well. I'm looking forward to Jericho, though. That is AMAZING!

you proberbly don't have tons of homework, i use that excuse all the time when im working on machinimas, and besides, if you think thats not fair, its not fair that you threaten to cancel something you hype up for months, because one episode is slightly under par. whatever, the next ODST rivalry is out soon, im going to look at that instead

Well we can't blame Aiden, besides, I just posted another Halo Assault trailer, the reason why the thing is taking FOREVER to make the darn thing is because of time I get and the marines and the covenant I need to make. I ONLY HAS ONE ELITE AND THAT'S IT!!! So I need to make Grunts and mabey a Jackal or two, or just some more covenant.

hardly, i have been a fan of rivalry since before you were on moc pages, and since rivalry has a bigger fanbase and has been around for longer, that means i can't "betray" you, because i never "betrayed" rivalry in the first place.

A major problem with building is doing what hasent been done a lot. Most Reach stories focus on Spartans, mine will feature ODSTs.

actually, i do know alot of comics that do feature ODSTs, although i don't think using ODSTs is a problem, its more that storylines are so cliche, thats what i think is a problem

What I meant was that I havent seen a story about Reach that focuses on ODSTs, Ive only seen the kind that deal with cities and stuff you see in Halo 3 ODST.

But ya stories are a bit overused, I just have to find a style that people enjoy.

actually, while we are on the subject, the most overused thing in my opinion are the new mombasa nock-offs that feature in every halo comic at some point or another, a good background could make any story look good.

It seems whenever someone posts ODSTs nowadays they are linked to that setting. I didnt really like the ODST campaign much. Though it was in my favorite fighting environment (city) It wasnt as good as I thought it would be. I wanted to see downtown fighting at the bottom of those tall skyscrapers, and some good airial combat. In Halo Reach the level New Alexandria fulfilled the latter statement.

new alexandria was a pretty good level, although i would of preferred to fight elites rather than brutes, my favorite level in reach are the 1st, and the pillar of autumn, the 1st was a good introduction to the enimies you will be faceing throughout the game, and the pillar of autumn had the single best fight scene in the entire halo franchise.

Yes finaly someone else who doesnt like brutes. They shouldnt even be on Reach at all and they are really easy to kill, three shots to kill a brute captain. There is another wierd thing in Reach: In campaign the first mission is in those mountain farmlands, then you go to swordbase, nd then you go right back to that same general area in Nihtfall. But one of my favorite references in Halo Reach would have to be the ONI Olympic tower that was mentioned in the books, but that also brings me to my least favorite reference: Buck, he had to small of a part in the game.
