Your answer is correct, but not that last part.

'Dumb' AIs, like Deja, aren't actually low in intelligence, they are restricted to certain operations.

'Smart' AIs, like Cortana, can perform any computer action. They also go rampant, unlike the 'Dumb' AIs in seven years. 'Smart' AIs can accomplish a lot in a very short amount of time, this causes them to grow bored. Due to the boredom these AIs will ocasionally: break into files, mess around with security, and other slightly chaotic tasks.

All these facts were taken from my mind, supported by the books: Halo: Contact Harvest, Halo: The Fall of Reach, Halo: First Strike, and Halo: the Ghosts of Onyx.

^Grammar check.

By AI do you mean your allies? Because the Covanant are AI as well, and they are supposed to kill you.

If you meant friendly forces, then yes. They will kill you if you team kill.

Yes I meant allies. But they have no common sence on legondary they run into huge waves of covanant and die (refering to marines). If you get in the passenger or turret of a warthog or other vehicle the same thing happens or in extremely rare cases kat has driven over cliffs.

Ah well, I'll tell you. When you have 50 population space, you make 1 Scarab and 30 Engineers. Assaulting it with 14 Scorpions and 4 MAC blasts isn't enough for this creep to die.
Destroying the Engineers isn't an option either, since they heal each other too.

Even an army of anti-air isn't enough to eliminate those crying balloons, the scarab will destroy all of your wolverines in the meantime!

The only downside of this is that you only have a single unit to attack with. You can't be at two places at the same time with just one bug, can you?

There are two ways: The first one is through modding. The other one is to play on New Alexandria, on any difficulty. After you destroy the three jammers(The hospital, Club Errera, and Sinoviet building), a switch appears. It's under the overhang of one of the buildings around Club Errera.

Push the switch in any way you'd like. Just keep in mind that you need to keep the Falcon, since the "Recall button" doesn't work anymore. Then fly through the building with a giant egg shaped hole in it.

The Falcon becomes a Pelican, and the Banshee will become a Phantom.

Both have the same controls, but the phantom has no building collision, no seats, and it has a boost, which the Pelican doesn't have. You can also use the Pelican turret, even the turret on the Pelican in "Long Night Of Solace".

The only gameplay change I can think of is that when you fire the reticule gets larger indicating that a quick shot would be inaccurate.

The right answer should be that the SRS 99-AM really does what it's name says, unlike it's predecessors. The SRS 99-Anti Material has the ability to disable and destroy vehicles if you aim at the right spots. This means that you can use this sniper rifle to destroy heavily armored vehicles like the Scorpion.
