Pimping a junked ride?

What I was thinking is something like a "Pimp My Ride" for this. Like how J K has done Pimp My Ride for MOCpages, so take any ride, and I mean any, like a Lambo, Exotics, Hyper cars, whatever! So J K, would you approve? =|
