I'm thinking about reworking the Durandal into an S-Type frame. Any thoughts?

My next upcoming Mech is the AEGAKS-APB 003 S-Tn 'Pharaoh', and you can expect to see it within the next few days.

YOU DON'T DARE TO TOUCH IN DURANDAL!

So... thats a no? ha ha I kid. If I did rebuild it, I would name it AEGAKS-APB 005 S-Wh 'Excalibur'. however, due to my extreme laziness and the number of people who like Durandal as it is, I probably won't rebuild it anytime soon.

In other news, I just finished taking pictures of my latest AEGAKS, Pharaoh. I'll try and put it up tonight if I can, if not then tomorrow for sure. Also, I've been working on an upgrade for the Cerunnos.

The SHINIGAMI core is a really simple build, just fourteen pieces, and the S-Frame is the top half of your C-Frame with some basic legs added. I already have pictures of the APB construction, and also of the SHINIGAMI Core. Frame instructions could take some time, since I am out of the standard Exo-force socket piece and nearly out of almost everything else.

Also, What do you think about me rebuilding the Durandal? CEO Luiz Camargo has already made his opinion clear, I just wanted to know what you thought.

Personally, I think that you should leave the Durandal as it is. I like it very much.

As for the instructions, I realize that they are simple, but we are paving the way for others, and they might not necesarily be able to figure it out on their own. Or maybe we would give them an idea for something completely unrelated.

In that case, I apologize, and I will change my creations names and descriptions to use D-Frame instead of S-Frame, which was my second choice. D stands for Dual, as opposed to S for Shinigami. Sorry again about using S.

In other news, I've been working on another rebuild of Cerunnos, I just need to finish it up and take pictures. It looks more heavily armored and I replaced the shield with something that I've never seen in it's scale before. You'll just have to wait until I post it to find out what I mean though. ;)

For you information, I build in my basement, and I have 3 drawers with like 50 ZIPLOC baggies filled with parts, 9 organizing boxes, and a pile of Lego's in a bed sheet yet to be put away. And I'm only 15, so ya, I can play with Legos in my basement if I wont. I mite have it all done by the end of the week!

Well, talking about sorting, I don't have so much pieces, just enough to fill a drawer (appart from my assembled mechas). But all my pieces are sorted and stored in ZIPLOC's. This helps a lot when building. But its a pain in the... bottom... when you finish building and need to sort and store it all again...

To anyone who saw this earlier, the original plan was for it to be able to transform, but I can't figure out a way for it to effectively do so. Thus, I won't try and build it, but keep your eyes open for one that can sometime in the future.

I would recommend against it, but I suppose that is rather hypocritical advice considering I recently dismantled the Amaterasu Kai for the parts required for 'Project Tenshi'. That being said, I would say do it, but do it quickly, since the the faster you do it, the less time you have to consider what you are doing.

If you wind up dismantling the Rothak, can we get some detailed frame pictures? The Shinigami was originally going to be a V-Frame, but I couldn't get the weight quite right, so it was converted into a D-Frame, which I already had two examples of with the Susano and Amaterasu Kai.

Would you accept a modification on an existing creation? For example, the Cerunnos Kaiser when compared to the original Cerunnos.
Or would it have to be a completely new build?

Actually, I don't know what frame this AEGAKS would be. I didn't try to see about a variable mode..so all I can say it's like the other big ones, and It's Light Gray, Black, White, then hints of red.

I have built a new AEGAKS. It's the Prototype AEGAKS 909 - LWh "Crypt Keeper" (I'll post it tomorrow afternoon.) It's piloted by G.H.O.S.T, ghost host operating system testing. Basically, one of the first AEGAKS mech that has the brain of a fatally wounded pilot who approved the test of the AEGAKS post-mortem brain link prototype harvested and re-vitalized before it died. The neurologics of the AEGAKS system is still in-tact, and can still be piloted by another human, thought the Crypt Keeper is "piloting itself". Kinda neat idea? right?

Also, I have built AEGAKS 809 - LLG "Micro Bit". And It was named after it's size, and it was created for a faster, and agile melee mech like Steel Bit, but with the loss of any hand parts, Scarlet built the Micro Bit with just it's blades and sealed off the forearms. It's the first AEGAKS prototype for the locking canopy; to better ensure the safety of the pilot during the ejection process. Though unlike Steel bit, the Micro Bit didn't have room for as many thrusters and only has the two pair to slow it's horizontal descent.

Quick sneak peaks w/o pictures if you may..

What do you think?

I've broken the rules haha.

I've made an L frame that is 15 studs tall.

Micro Bit V2 is 15 studs tall and I'll upload it this afternoon.

I've gone as far as I want with the AT series, so I'm going to try something a little different. I want to make a converting frame, where it has a vehicle and mecha mode.

I'm also interested in making a dedicated vehicle with an AEGAKS cockpit, maybe a jet fighter or tank.

I've been looking at the Modlex models by diddesen on brickshelf.

something like this... http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=283351 (note this is a link to my gallery and a creation I made a few years back based on the modlex frame)

here is a link to the original http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=186951

Tell you what. Give that one a good coat of polish, and you may have to redesignate the frame type. I like it, but this may require its own designation.

Remember, if it's variable, then the classification is V, I'm refering to a strict mech with a frame of this size.

Alright, I know I've said this about an infinity of times before, but construction of the Shinigami Demon is complete! The main body is completely finished, I just need to rebuild the weapons.

I know..but..do you think this 15 stud AEGAKS frame could be credited to me?

I just built a "Kangaroo" and "Panther" AEGAKS. They look almost like a mecha version of their mammal counterparts. Only with guns and pilot blocks. The only thing is that the "Kangaroo" is mostly white, but the "Panther" is at least mostly black. Anyways, I'll upload those two whenever I get the chance. ((maybe..there should be an "Animalized AEGAKS mecha" style to come out...like... AEGAKS ### - AN Wh (AN for animal? idk? just an idea) -w-

I'd like some opinions on my next creation after the currently unnamed support unit for the Demon. It will be one of the following: A Susano upgrade, Susano Hurricane or Susano Typhoon, a Pharaoh upgrade, Pharaoh Ramses, or a rebuild of Kutori. Please give me your opinions. Schrado.

I kind of wish some people would comment more on my Mocs. No one has commented on my newest AEGAKS, the "Anhur" Why? Everyone has time to comment and reply to comments on everyone else's mocs, but not mine? Did everyone forget about me?

Well, personally, I'd like you to load the bigger picture option. The small pics are hard to see, and it takes too much frustration to open each picture individually.

I did say that I would still comment on the creation of your choice, even if I told you the Demon's flaw, because you guessed so many times.

Picture quality and size are a major factor for me. I have a hard time making out anything in your pics besides the most obvious details and I'm a big fan of all the little things people add to their designs to make them unique.

If people can't make out what in the pictures, they're not going to find anything interesting to comment on. It's as simple as that.

Alright. Today I'm getting a better cellphone with a higher MP camera, and since the last moc was uploaded, I've built 3 AEGAKS over that time frame. Here's a hint, My first is an AEGAKS built to rival Mecha One's Devastator Scourge by Liam Covey. Another is a white basic quadruped AEGAKS. 3rd is a small Bipedal racing mech that was developed from the HI's (Heartfelt Industries) C.P.M. (Civilian Protection Mech) that is my 4th build.

I'm looking for comments, name suggestions, and constructive criticism. Also, as a plus, if you want, you can read the backstory and notes about HIRO Corp. (Heartfelt Industries Robotic Organization Corporation). Please and Thank You!!

Drones are pretty much freestyle, because they're piloted by an AI instead of a neural link to a person their form is pretty much unlimited.

The running theme for colours seems to pretty much be dark; so primarily black or dark grey, maybe with some colour highlights if you so decree.

Just finished my second AEGAKS and I'll post it tomorrow, just need to fix some minor details and give it a name. If someone has some suggestion for the name, I'm happy to hear it (or read it).
It's about the same size as hound, but with a lot more armor and firepower.

I have a question, would I be able to build an AEGAKS transport vehicle? I know that Jason has the Mobile Repair Platform, but this would be bigger so I just wanted to check in case anyone had already built something similar.

Hey, have at it! I look foreward to seeing what you have in mind. And we need more transports/non-AEGAKS vehicles, like my LCV, to populate the Sectors. Also be sure to specify what kind of units your transport can carry.

Special treat to anyone who tackles a Mobile Manufactury. It a giant mobile factory that is modular and can be easily retooled to produce nearly anything that could possibly be needed, even full AEGAKS units, assuming of course you have the resources for it.

Several of these huge treaded(though I would accepted wheeled versions) vehicles had been used during the fall of the Urban Sector for evacuating refugees. They were set up at major settlement hubs and now comprise most of the SPA's producing power. They're high ranking targets for the drones.

Well, thanks, and it's a real gem. I definitely want this as Canon. And if it's not too much trouble, I'd like some instructions, a breakdown, maybe an LDD model, so that when I can, I'll be able to replicate it. With permission and credit of course.

I have finished the LDD model of the Hiab-MT, it is posted in the MOC. The example of the L-frames is included in the same file. Turns out that with some modification it can indeed hold two L frames in a vertical position.

Alright everyone. I know I kinda "flubbed" on my last 2 AEGAKS MOCs, but the one I've been working on for the past 14 hrs is coming along great. And I'm doing something new that I believe no one else has tried. I won't give any spoilers away just yet as I'm still working a few ideas into it's design.

I've been away during the MocPages crash building new designs, re-modifying them, tearing them down, fixing parts that didn't work, tearing it down, and continuously modifying them. Sayern, the Blind Hunter, is the AEGAKS that resulted from ACTUALLY taking the time to build something, contemplate fixes, and tearing parts down to modify it, and continuously rebuilding and modifying parts. What I'm showing you now, is the final result. I hope you all enjoy it, and I hope it's an idea worth adding to Canon.
