lol okay so lets take a vote, who do you thnk should be a mod?

A mod? Hmmm .... I think Firn! would be a good mod and I think Connor would be a good admin.

What do you think?

By the way, I think the biggest LOTR group "the fellowship of the brick" was very active the last few weeks, but now it isn´t anymore.

So I think we have to vote (more mods and a new admin, ), because that group needs to be more active
(I´ll also write this in our other small Lotr groups and the epic group)

The candidats are:

Mythical Creator (he wasn´t very active .... but I´m sure he will be, because he is a very active and important member of other groups)

Connor (active moccer and good friend ... I´m sure that I´ll make him moderator)

Gondabuggan (sometimes very active... but often not really)

Thomas (created great new topics , sometimes a very active group member)

Athanasios (very active member for a long time) (I made him admin, but I think we should give everyone a chance)

Firn! (He can be very active and he often wrote in the group)
two or three (or maybe more) of them will become mods and .... maybe.... one of you will become the new mod

Who do you think would be a good mod?

It should be a bit like the Lego SW games and it should have many levels and more than 100 characters!

hey. a few months ago there was a poll for select LEGO.com users... me umong them. the poll was for what themes would you like to see most. some of te options were: LOTR... and a few others. LOTR was ahead by a long shot.

That is amazingly good news! That could be awesome!

The universe might just explode from all that awesome-ness... That would be amazing! Just like the LEGO Star Wars videogames...

Aragorn, Boromir, and if there was a LEGO LOTR videogame I'd totally play as Arwen. (Yeah... I like Arwen, a lot...)

Michael. TLG (The LEGOŽ group) made a Star Wars X-Wing starfighter kit. But did that stop fans from making better and more detailed versions? Just search for 'X-Wing' on this site and you'll get your answer. We're free to do what we want with our LEGOŽ bricks, why not build bigger and better models of our favorite LOTR things? Sets themed of LOTR will not stop me, it'll only make it easier!

Quoting Captain Connor Patterson
Yes, Halo is my favorite videogame series, but if lego made it, it won't be fun to make it custom anymore...

Think about it - when BrickArms made assault rifles and pistols it just made peoples' LEGOŽ HALO creations look better and more refined. Such will be the case with the release of LOTR and HALO LEGOŽ kits (Or sets if you prefer...) We'll just make more realistic looking models! There are no rules forcing us to build like TLG... and I sure won't. I'll build like I have for years, and have even more fun with my new LOTR sets!
Quoting Gondabuggan Draconfell the gnome arcanist

Ya, and if they make Halo then I would have ordered from Brick Forge for nothing :(

Well, not quite. See the "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" LEGOŽ toy-line was nice, and it did well to capture the feel from the film, but not every character was included in LEGOŽ form. Dastan's brothers and father didn't even score LEGOŽ minifigures! While other characters, much less interesting or important to the story. In this way, TLG is almost certain to do the same with LOTR sets. Some characters may never get minifigures, and some locations will not get sets either. It will not be a loss, but a gain in our favor!

As for HALO LEGO(R) kits... have you even played HALO: Reach, Connor? The armor customization is intense and has tons of capabilities. LEGOŽ may make one kind, but the Brickforge armor will just give us more assortment. And LEGOŽ is guarantied not to make as detailed weaponry as BrickArms does. So we're safe there, too. This is going to be nothing but a 'win-win' situation!
Quoting Gondabuggan Draconfell the gnome arcanist
: so? lego wont make EVERY character. and they wont all be as cool as we wish they were. your customs will just be an awesome addition to like a helms deep set. or something.

Totally agree with you there, man!

Not if you prefer yellow toned figs to peach ones (I prefer Yellow...) because if LEGO(R) makes LOTR sets, the figs WILL be peach.
