Backstory:
Cortez was born on Earth in a remote part of London, he was raised by his grandparents before going off to join the army. Soon after joining he was recognised for his suberb stealth and sniping abilities, he was also reffered to as "a born leader". He was later shuttled off to Altar where he is now a leader of a sniper and stealth operations team in the faction of Vaec.
