Storyline - shall we follow the Films or the Books?

I know this may be a 'no-brainer' because we all love the books more than the films (Despite the films being amazingly awesome) but I thought I'd run the question by you guys.

If we use the movies - it'll be easier to convey it in this visual form. Of course, we'd have to leave out some things that are in the books.

If we use the books - it will be harder to convey it in this visual manor... but it will also take longer and have the entire story.

What do ye think, Lads?

Quoting Captain Connor Patterson
Do you think we could do both? We could follow the movie but add in scenes from the book, such as Tom Bombadil. If not, just tell me.
Thatīs a good idea ... I mean itīs a good idea to follow the movie, cause not everyone read the book, but my opinion is: we should add every book- scene, that was banned from the movies.....(Tom Bombadil, the fight with the wulfs, the barrow-downs...)

I agree with Connor. We should do it like the movies, but just add the book scenes.
