Presently, the armed services are undergoing a complete replacement period with equipment still needing to be built or implemented correctly. These numbers are presently fit for change; and will likely be changed. The main principle of the Russian Federation's armed services is to act defensively nine out ten times. The eventual future will obviously press into combat, but the main concern is international security.

Egyptian Marines:
40,000 active infantry
60,000 reserves
350 MT-3s
A bunch of other stuff, don't have time to organize it

Egyptian Navy:
30 Talon of Horus class frigates
30 Alexandria Class battlecruisers
12 Amenhotep III class missile cruisers
10 destroyers
a bunch of little soviet missile boats
1 Saqqarah class carrier, another under construction
50 navy Hyperfalcons
assorted ancient Soviet aircraft

NOTE:

While you may criticize the massive amount of equipment listed here, it has all come directly from Wikipedia. That is, to say, that current numbers have been added with projected numbers, and in some cases, rationally estimated numbers. I'm being completely fair here just because I can afford to be! Egypt really does have this good of a military future.

Armed forces of Greater Alenia:

~125,000 armed regular troops (we haven't actually got the equipment to arm them all, so quite a few of 'em are helping out in factories and farms and so forth.)
~200,000 second line troops (much the same here.)
~3 Million armed reservists

Front line:
Tanks:
T-72s: 650
Volcitsas: ~450 (production being slowed, unless we get foreign purchasing orders; niche vehicle and all that.)
L-131 Volks: ~250
IFVs:
BMP-2: 508
Scout vehicles:
BRDM-2: 140
APCs:
BTR-80: 84
SP artillery:
2S3: 89
Towed artillery:
D-30 161
Heavy:
2A65: 90
2A36: 180
Rocket artillery:
BM-27 Uragan: 90
SP SAM units:
SA-6 Gainful: 20

MiG-31: 42
Su-27: 47
~80 BTO "Sokol" anti-tank strike helicopters

Second line:
Tanks:
T-62s: 280
Towed artillery:
D-20: 74
Self propelled artillery:
2S9 NONA: 26
2S1: 74
Rocket artillery:
BM-21: 57
SAMs:
SA-2 Guideline: 100
SA-5 Gammon: 27

Mi-24V Hind: 38
MiG-29: 15
MiG-25: 16

And here's what I got from my section of China:
4th Motorised Infantry Division
6th Mechanised Infantry Division
8th Motorised Infantry Division
11th Motorised Infantry Division
1st Independent Infantry Regiment
2nd Independent Infantry Regiment
2nd Artillery Brigade
Air-Defence Brigade
3rd Army Aviation Brigade
9th Engineer Regiment

I haven't got a frakking clue what all that means, though naturally the air-defense unit is spread throught my armed forces. Because according to Wikipedia Kazakhstan doesn't have any anti-aircraft. Other sources are much less restrictive, but still; apparently no-one really knows how much stuff Kazakhstan has.

Naval forces:
4 battleships.
An unknown quantity of patrol boats.

8 Soyuz rockets, safely hidden away.

As for personal weapons, after the AKM debacle, we did a couple of things with them after switching back to AK-74s: some of them, we cut down the barrels and provided them with folding wire stocks, for tank crews and pilots. Allegedly, they're not entertaining to be near when they go off, but as a bonus, the muzzle flash and noise make for excellent signal devices. About 60% of the rest went into storage. Everything else had the serial numbers filed off and were placed in the secret underground OVB supply warehouse, for those special operations we all know and love.
