Has anyone noticed that MOCpages has been going REALLY slowly lately? I don't know if it's just me but it is taking me a long time to load each page...

Yep, me too. I thought it was my internet connection, but it appears not.
By the way, has anyone noticed that Brik seems to be inactive. He hasn't posted anything much lately.

Yeah. I've noticed that, and so have some of my other MOCpage buddies... It's worse for me, my internet is really nasty, on average...

Yeah... he's usually pretty busy, though. That's why I'm not worried. I doubt any peril has be-fallen our leader and Admin...

LOLz... Makes me feel old, because I was here when you first made that joke.

I know, right? It's been way too long since this group was the most active one I was part of. (That seems to happen a LOT here on MOCpages.)

Nah - haven't heard that song... any good? MOCpages is NOT declining in activity. It's just this group. Seriously, the reason the 'pages are so stinkin' slow, is because it's so popular and FULL of activity. And members. And spammers. And me...

No, I don't. If I did I would have contacted Brik much earlier... I wonder if he's okay.
Yep, if it weren't for all the members MOCpages had, it'd be much faster. Servers can only go so fast holding so much memory.

I wouldn't mind... but I don't really want to have to create a whole new account on another site. Besides - to upload large quantities - you have to pay for your account. And I don't "just have spare cash lying around"...

Heh. I'm not really a big music-bands person... but maybe I'll check 'em out..

In other news - I just beat "Assassin's Creed: Director's Cut Edition." (The only edition you can purchase for the PC...)

Action and ability wise - it's the best game I've played in a long time.

Memorable quotes wise - Dang! Some of the best quotes I've heard in a videogame since KoTOR!

Plot and Story-Line wise - Meh. It was okay... if you like strange.

You only have to pay for a pro account and its only $25 a year. but if you have a normal accout you only have a set limit on how much pictures and video you can post in one month.

Is Directors Cut part of the extended storyline, as in AC1 and AC2? If not, then no wonder you think the story strange!
Another great game is Mass Effect, both 1 and 2.
By the way, does anyone here have any good ideas for a creation that I could build. I've got one waiting to be photographed, but I want to build more...

Director's cut really didn't add that much. The storyline wasn't extended, and really nothing else was. All it gave the player was more side quests while gaining info on your assassination target. So the story is the same as the first Assassin's Creed game.

Nope - didn't watch it. It was either Robin Hood, Iron Man 2 or Prince of Persia... Choosing Prince of Persia was no mistake - excellent movie!

Okay - whoa! I just got back from the theaters, and my second viewing of "Prince of Persia: The sands of Time" was even better than my first! That movie is so awesome, while still being terribly fun to watch! I'd highly recommend going to see it before your local theaters close out it's showing, because it's really great. I mean - I'd go a third time, if this wasn't the last time my local theater was playing it... bummer-drag!

Vacation, eh? Sounds like fun! (And yeah - I'd highly recommend you attempt to fit a visit to your local theater into your schedule - you'd love "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time"!)

Bryan - I just want you to know, you're awesome! Now with that out of the way, yeah Sheik Amar was hysterical! He had some of the funniest lines, and his M'Baka buddy, Seso, was awesome too... But Dastan and Tamina were my favorite characters. I must say, I thought all the characters were great, though. Wish I could go see it again... (Because twice in the same theater just isn't enough to fuel my lust for that movie's awesomeness.) Did you have a favorite character, Bryan?
