Um actually i believe the point is to build a new villain(not already on mocpages), But if you can't build a new one then you may enter him.

Well, I don't have many good ideas for an original villan nor do I have any useful parts left to make uniquely. Plus this is the closest to the Hero Factory theme I have, in terms of MOCs.
