Mmmm, besides the LOM torsos and PM2010 torsos, I have another suggestion: The Imperial Officer's torso from the Hoth Battle Pack that came out a few years ago. It looks quite armoured. (http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=90795&colorID=85)
