There will be 3 rounds, each with less and less people. The judges will score on the build, film accuracy, and peice usage (I think it will be these, it may change).

Round 1:
Will begin on 15th February.
Build your favourite scene from your favourite film on an 8x8 base. No stupid overhang like sticking a 32x32 baseplate on top, just keep it close to 8x8. As we all may not have seen your selected film, please provide a youtube link to the selected scene from it. Don't worry if you can't go on you tube, just tell us and we'll be able to find it :D

I forgot to mention, Bionicles are allowed too! Just build a small stand that is 8x8 to position your creation on.

From when the contest starts, you make a creation based around the rounds theme. For example, for this round you have to build a scene from your favourite film on an 8 stud by 8 stud base. You post the creation on the pages and add it to this group. At the end date, the judges will score your creation. The "n" number of people with the highest score will go onto the next round and the people with the lowest scores will be knocked out. The next round will have a different theme and probably more of a MOC-off style thing.

Earliest entry date: 15th February
Latest date: 1st March. However, this date may change due to how many entries we get :D

So, for a judge, is there some rubrick to follow? At the end date, i know that we will score, so do we tell you like in a conversation what the score for each person was?

I will make a scores topic. In there you can write your score for each person. Once all 3 of us have posted, I will add up the scores and chose who goes through.

Hey, are only some people going to make it to the next round? Like eliminating half the contestants each round?

I don't want to be sarcastic but this is a situation where you just have to be sarcastic:
that is generally how a tournament works :D
I don't think that half the contestents will be eliminated, probably around a third.

I haven't but if you link a youtube video or plot synopsis in an entry then we'll get it.
