Season 2: Landing at point Rain
Season 3: Kamino episodes.
Season 4: Definetely Umbara episodes. (When I first heard that they are going to fight against Umbaransand not droids. I tought that those are going to be worstest episodes ever. But they are now my favorite episodes. There is everything on them)

I can't name the episodes but I love the episodes that don't include obi-wan or Anakin and focus on the side Jedi like kit Fisto and Shaak Ti

Of all of them,probably "Krell's Carnage".It's so action packed and suspenseful.

Alpha vanished right at the end of the war on a medical frigate that was taking the supposedly dead Ventress back to Coruscant for a funeral
