I announced it at about 11am but they regarded it as off topic. My $%&.

I wish I could laugh at this scheme, but I cannot.

You're taking it too hard, if we hadn't deleted your comment our joke would've been ruined from the start.

It seems the group is no longer necessary. Yahar Lurdos!

And yet you let Legofreak comment about it in about every thread, oh the irony.

I've sort of had it with that group, it's getting too strict for it's own good.

Honestly, we didn't want to upset anyone with the April Fools joke and I think that most people have taken it well. We're really sorry that you have been offended, but seriously, it was only a bit of fun.

The rules may be fairly strict, but it prevents having any problems in the group, which is important.

if you're not willing to work with us, then leave our group and have fun in your new group. Its your choice, and I wish you the best of luck with whichever decision you choose.

Why do we have to choose between the two groups?!?!?!?!? I say I'll be active in BOTH.

It would be fun if it was executed better.

They are too strict in my opinion, a slight mistake has the whole administration peppering you with less-than-nice comments.

I'm going with Matthew's plan of staying active in both. I'll stay in the strict group and keep this one. I need a place where there is more freedom.

You shouldn't accuse the whole administration of being meanie-pants when one or two people have been a little over strict a few times.

I don't see the point of staying in both, unless you just want to cause more problems in our group.

Who allows it to happen? I wouldn't blame the whole administration if they talked sense into the overly strict ones.

I won't cause problems there, unless you want to keep it that way. This group, I guess, is for people to relax a little without fear of being banned for a little comment.

Yeah, and how many people have been banned for a little comment? None at all. Again you are over-exaggerating. You don't generate any sympathy from me when you don't stop going overboard with your comments.

No, I'm not over-exagerating, but I was exagerating a little, because a week ago one of the admins was all at this guy for one or two off-topic posts and was threatening to ban him. And I could care less for sympathy over the internet.

It was A.A, I told A.A that he was being harsh. He then said "Most people in the Admin elections did not support offtopicness.". I asked him who, and he did not answer.

I don't mind off topicness, the current topic gets boring.

Off topicness can shake things up a bit every once in a while, making some things fun. But sometimes it bugs, and can break servers if there is too much of it. AKA, spam.

The admin election in the group, not the one we did on the administration- the one that made Drew an admin. You can go and look in the archives, it's still there.

I'm asking for a straight answer, not "go look yourself". I want a list from YOU, who supported and who didn't.

1) Again, prove it.
2) You could have told us to be nicer whenever someone breaks the rules.

1) You won't let us make topics because of a rule, instead we have to ask. BUT when ever we do ask, 90% of the time the answer is no. So it's a waste of time. Plus the no debate rule a while back because of 'possible flame wars', was false. I got into a lot of debates and none of them had me wanting to strangle someone.

2) It's not my business to interfere with an admin telling someone they are breaking the rules. However, I have seen multiple people posting that it was harsh.

1) Because most of the times the topic you (plural, not singular) ask to make already exist or contradict the rules. About the 'no debates' rule- we were wrong (and we are allowed to, aren't we?) and when a lot of members talked with us about changing this rule, we discussed it and agreed. This 'procedure' can be done with ANY rule, and we are going to discuss some major rules after the TFOLPC contest- ask Matthew.
2) Only by those who didn't hear the whole story (of the ban thing). I explained them, and they agreed with me. You can always discuss with us if you got an unjust punishment, and I'm not talking only about punishments- it applies to the rules themselves. If you think the rules are wrong, tell us- and if we disagree with you (after discussing it) you can/should open a group of your own. You should have told us your opinions about the rules, let us discuss, and then open a new group. You did the exact opposite.

1) I havent seen any topic suggestions that contradict the rules, or exist.
2) Ok sure, I may have done the opposite. I just figure you guys wouldn't change any rules and I would have more luck somewhere else.

I feel too ignored in that group as well, all my suggestions are cast out EVEN though I say they worked well in the past.

Can you give me an example? (I can give you an opposite example, when you nominated the 'general contest' idea I declined it first and later accepted it.)

A few months ago I asked if there could be a trivia thread, it was declined because people might cheat. What about the movie quote topic? You can cheat there, but it was opened up. You even said you'd discuss it with the other admins, but I never got an answer.

To Flare: can I promote a group here? I only need to do it one time, and never again. I need a large group of people to participate, and fast. It would be awesome if I could do that.

No.
(I know that you didn't ask me, but Flare will probably say 'no' too)

You contradicted this-

Quoting a Member
Hey Flare can I advertise my group here? I dont need a new topic I'll just find an old one that seems appropriate.

Sure.

I'm extremely sorry. Is it a plural 'you' or a singular 'you'?
Will a permission to open the trivia topic in TFOLPC make it a bit better?

Singular, in the thread it was you who said you'd ask the others.

It would be nice to discuss it with them.
