That sounds like the best one so far! When it takes place is actually better, since I can get done building Truck 1, Engine 1, and Rescue 1, then Squad 4 and the Medic coming from Design By Me.

how are we goiong to do this cuz im planing a town layout now that going to be 4feet across and 8ft long once its built and the buildings in place im more then glad to let u guys use it granted i got my self off some legal issurse btw if anyone got any ideas let me know

Ok lets see, do we really need to go to brickworld??? MedLink is still growing, I think we should take baby steps, meet somewhere else, then maybe next year go to a big show! For now we should all meet, somewhere, set up a layout, then have members come over, maybe even a BBQ! but like I said baby steps! If my House was on the actual US I would offer it, but maybe it could be at my Aunts, if she is up to it, or maybe a members house, A lot to ask I know but if it could be done it would be sweet, its not like we are going to have all 46 members show up! -Paulo R.

My Recreation Center can let people rent out the old gym for around $100, we could do it, and it's next to my fire department, might catch some! Also, they can provide food if you pay a little extra!

I think anything would be cool. But yeah, maybe just a BBQ or something. Or maybe come here for the 4th of July for the Brentwood 4th of July Parade (Biggest in PA) and have a BBQ afterwards.

The BBQ thing is an amazing idea! first thing though i still need to get my MedLink units. also if we do do this (hehe Do-do) we need to find like a meeting place somewhere in the middle of where everyone lives. like for people like Paulo who don't live in the US it would be hard to afford out of country trips, or even for me in a family of 3 teenagers and my mom to be able to convince my family to go on this trip would have to be in the summer such as mid July to mid August.
I say to help eliminate the confusion we all list what state we live in and the village/town/county/ or city we live in so that way we choose a member who might be in somewhat of the middle of everyone and figure it out from there.
For me I live in Scotia New York, located in Schenectady County (if you look on a map of NY and look for the word "ALBANY" schenecatdy county is right above the "B." also sorry for the long post.)

Hey guys, I have another idea, since some of us here live near the east coast and some of us live near the west coast, why dont we have 2 meeting setup, like for the people in California and Ohio area could have there own meeting and people like me on the east coast area could have our own meeting? maybe setup like a web-cam on a large tv/computer and have the meeting at a reasonable time in each timezone? that would be easier for people(and there wallets).
