By all means! These groups are not mutually exclusive from each other. I have a ML garrison myself.

Great! I kinda see the GLA groups as especially not liking the militia units because they see the militia as traitors to their cause. Looking forward to seeing your creations!

No, they can be brown, black, or grey as well. They just need to look fairly military in nature. Remember, these guys are living in rural areas and trying to stay out of sight of the Metal Legion. Also, the GLA groups are not squads per se. They could be as small as a two person cell who are plotting a sabotage mission. Be creative!

So the GLA are a para-military group not a standing army like the IRA in Northern Ireland. By the wayI noticed that nobody had added anything from Texas to the Metal Legion so can they be in the GLA? Considering how hard it is to get a texan to go along with everybody else?

The thing about the GLA is that there are so many groups involved that they could be very different. There could be groups that are more militaristic like the IRA as well as groups that are more like terrorists/saboteurs.

And yes, it doesn't matter if there isn't any ML groups in your area. GLA groups can be anywhere.
