In addition, is there a certain format I have to post the MOC in or do I just title it as the 'Immersion Contest Entry'?

Explain it well, and pay in mind that 'so-and-so contest entry' looks very un-original.

So do we make a normal person doing whatever your subject is? For example, would you make a person fall off a cliff and die for fall height?

Can you you restate that question?

Do we make an MOC of a normal person, such as Bob, do an action, such as jump off of a cliff, for fall height? Or do we make the game character screwing up at what he's supposed to do in the game? Such as the Master Chief fumbling with a bunch of weapons for weapons storage.

You can go either way.
