...Or does there seem to be less Bionicle MOCs around these days? Not just MOCs but also the Bionicle community. It might be cause of the MocAthalon, or school and stuff. I dunno. I'm still building Bionicle, I just don't have much to post now (plus, I'm competing in the MocAthalon :P).

I think it's more school then anything, that and the multiple contests going on all at once right now. I've been uploading as much as I can cause I have a ton of mocs to put on here, but I'm also upgrading mocs at the same time, and I have my senior thesis soon. Anyways, that's my theory.

Well for me, it's usually one of two things. Sometimes I have plenty of inspiration but my time to build and post is limited by school. However, alternatively, I have adequate time, but school saps all my creativity, so whatever MOCs I manage to build don't live up to my standards, so I don't post them.

Not dead. The official set line is dead, yes, but the fan base is still very much alive.

I'm preparing for taking pics of my new story, and I also have to build 4 MoCs for 2 contests. I'm still posting new creations pretty often.

Yes, but it is dying. Not so many new additions now that the set line is over.

They are reviving it in 2 years, methinks.

Not at all, unfortunately. But just curious, why would you say that?

Well, a year ago, at a T-R-U, there was a delivery of LEGO, and I struck up a conversation with her, she said some stuff about it. And remember what Farshtey said, if the fan base remains, as it did with Star Trek, wishing and begging for more, then it will return.

Believe me, I've talked to a few Lego employees, and no, Bionicle isn't coming back, or at least is not scheduled to do so yet. Anyways, Erebus over on BZP, has a direct link to Greg, they converse often, and apparently there's no revival planned.
