I am curious to know what people are building. Its all quiet on the home front - must be some busy builders. I am hoping for some great entries.

I hope to see some large builds!

I'm not sure if I'll enter or not. I hardly have enough pieces to make a 32x32 build look decent. The valuables of my collection are the vast amount of mini-figs not bricks. I kind of hate to do smaller though...

I have some ideas, but the MOColympics are taking my building time. Hopefully I'll be able to get something made though.

I haven't expected to be in round 2 of the MO. So I don't think I will be able to participate.
Sorry, but my building time and parts are limited.

I NEED MORE CHEESE WEDGES!!!!! I am almost done with my entry. It is massive, and I am running low on favorable parts. I will hopefully post it next week if I finish it.

Christopher, I'm sorry to say, I don't think I will be able to enter. Both of my 32x32 plates are taken up, and I'm stumped on LOTR entries smaller than that. My only other plate is an XL gray plate and my creation would have two 32x32 plates and not be from the LOTR trilogy.

Now that I'm done building for all of my other contests and what not I can start putting ALOT of time into this. You should see a creation from me fairly soon.

No one feel bad about trying to meet the 32x32 max. Its like the MOColympics. There were some very good small entries that won over some massive ones. I have only seen 1 full 32x32 in this contest so far. Ian, Ru, Mr. Viking and others: You guys can build good enough to beat a 32x32 with a 16x16. And I'm not just saying that. I really hope you guys can enter. I am thinking about extending the contest by one week, if that helps anyone. Happy Building! ~Christopher

As my MO R2 entry's due tomorrow I will be working on that for the next while, however after that I'll work on this and my entries for the Timelord contest during the MO judging.

Well, I've taken the pictures, and three days ago I tried uploading - it didn't work, obviously - and I gave up. Today I tried uploading but it yet again did not work. I probably won't get mine uploaded so I'll probably have to resign. But I'll stick around and try until the deadline.

What is the problem with the upload. I have helped friends with upload problems before. What in the upload process goes wrong?

I'm going to try to enter, but I don't think that I will be able to by the deadline. All my bricks are in use for the barrow-downs. I also need to figure out what scene to build. Sorry.

What barrow-downs? You could enter that, if you mean the scene from the FOTR.

Well, it takes about two seconds for the Java thing to appear (the Java loading thing) - the bar does not fill up - and it goes straight to a blank screen where the uploader is supposed to be. All of the surrounding links are still there (eg "Try the simple uploader") - I wait a while (by "a while" I mean 10-15 minutes or more) but it doesn't pop up with the uploader.

My suggestions would be to (1) try the simple uploader, or (2) update or install Java. If it is not properly updated or installed, for that matter, the Java uploader will never appear.

I've just started on a build (which I think you all will like); I just hope I can finish it in time! One Bricklink order made, probably one or two more to go very soon!

OOOH! Can't wait. You have almost 2 weeks, hopefully that will be enough time. Again, I'm trying to land the contest ending during a MOColympics building decrease, to increase the activity here. Looking forward to your entry!

I can easily turn it into the scene from that, but it takes up two plates. Do you mind that?
If you've been reading my WOTR series, it's in episode 4.

I was forced to do a last minute bricklink order! AHHHHH!!!! I am continually praying that it will come on time. Otherwise my entry is almost done. I will not ask you to move the date back even another day because I am going out of town on the 15th. PRAY FOR ME!

I know how you feel. I had to make a few orders, too, but I got them all in by last Wednesday. I've received two, now just waiting for the other two (and hoping they'll get here in time). I hope yours does, too!
