All the Ideas depend on how many people will participate. Any idea on how many? I was thinking 50 at most.

Sign me up!!!!! I want to participate!! You could also have a 100-200 (medium) piece category, a 3-100 piece category, for the smaller builds, and 200-300 piece. (Very Large)

Sounds good. Could we enter older tablescraps? And, can there be multiple tablescraps in one entry? For example, let us say that I have made several of them, but I put it in one MOC, is that okay?

I don't think there should be older scraps. You will be allowed to have more than one as long as they are not two separate creations. (They have to be on the same page, not two different ones.)

As long as they are under the piece limit then yes, you may have unlimited. They'd be judged as a group though, not individually.
