I was also thinking of Will Simth's Audi RSQ!

BTW, thanks for the invite. I really hope I can manage to build something for this contest. It seems like my teachers are giving me less homework so I can now get my hands back on Lego. :)

Wait, just because I was thinking of the Audi RSQ that does not mean I am gonna build it.

Thankjs for the invite! However concepts aren't really my area of building, could I judge instead? Also, when judging time comes, how do we rate each car?

Haha well you're welcome to build whatever you want :)
Each contestant is allowed two entries so you could always do the RSQ as well lol

Erm, well... I don't know. Unlike most conteests, judging here just happens on the last day, takes about 10 minutes and is just me looking through the entries, taking note of which ones I think are really good, and then comparing them each to each other to find the top five.

It doesn't necessarily have to be ultra-futuristic, never-seen-before type concept - you could always copy a real concept car.

okay, but do classic concepts work? they won't look anything like any real cars driving today, just some old wild concepts. (1962 Mustang Concept for example).

I don't think I'll be able to add an entry, but could I be a judge? Maybe you could have the contest end, then the results would be posted 2-3 days later if you will have more than one judge... I can judge through email: legobuilders.moc@gmail.com

If it's too hard for you to have additional judges, I can just wait for the next contest...what's it going to be?

Hey Dan!
Thanks for the invite, it sounds like a great contest but I can't enter this contest due to that I'm really busy. I've only just started to build my new MOC, but then I go on a school camp on the 8th of November till the 11th and that's when I'll really start getting involved in building my new MOC. I may see towards the end of December if I can try to build a concept car but it doesn't look like I can. Can't wait till next years contests begin!

Same as Aaden, I've got a lot on so I don't think I'll be able to make the deadline. But I'm certainly excited for next year's contests!

This fits in perfectly with another contest I'm in. Should be able to build something. Of course, I said that last time, too. =P

Hmm... I did wonder about that one, and it's a good question.
On the one hand, the contest caters to futuristic and concept cars... and on the other, it's folliwng the timeline so in theory should just be newer stuff.

However, it is 'fturistic *and* concepts, and most concepts looked quite futuristic at the time they were made - so yes, classic concepts are eligible. Preferably if they do look wild :)

Hmm... I don't have anything against having extra judges, it's just that the way I judge is really just my personal opinion on a whole combinatin of things more than anything else, I think it ma just be easier to keep it that way.

If you don't have time to build a model, you're welcome to enter one you have already made, if you have one that fits the theme.

Next year's contests will not be by era, as this year's were, but by country.

Don't worry about it :)
If you have time to make something, you're more than welcome - and if not, you can always enter an older MOC if you have one that suits the theme.

No worries; enter if you can and if you like, or add an already-built model if you have a suitable one; don't worry if you can't though - there'll always be more contests next year :)
