I'll add a link when I can (or just use my name at the top of this comment), but theme wise I really just build whatever comes to mind. I usually stay away from building futuristic stuff though. The greater majority of my collection is Star Wars but I've never done a Star Wars MOC before, it's kind of funny. As for styles, I generally go for the "clean/studless/perfectionist" look, generally in the realm of sepia (but that's not a category).

My favorite style (category wise) is probably castle, but I haven't done much building in that era. I do a lot of other back in time stuff though: Pirates, Western, and "Adventure" Style (as in fantasy, mostly Lord of the Rings), to name a few. I can't be very specific, but feel free to roam my pages and decide for yourself.

I don't really know what my favorite category is, I just build what comes to mind or what I'm in the mood for. Most of my mocs here are present day or back in time. I haven't built sci-fi or futuristic in a while but I am thinking of doing some soon. So, essentially I like back in time and sci-fi.

Mine would definitely be Military. I've studied history, weaponry, and technology for my entire life, so its quite easy for me to make military creations. I love Star Wars and own well over 40 sets, but I rarely build in it. Link below:
