If anyone's still out there...

Seems like this group has been dead for a while now, but if anyone's still out there, I have an idea for a contest theme: Ninjago. The reason I suggest this is because I recently purchased my first Ninjago set (#9440 Venomari Shrine) and had been thinking about creating some sort of mecha for Zane. Anyone else think it would make a good contest theme?

I'm still around (and still waiting for the verdict on the last contest), but since I'm not really a big fan of Ninjago (Really, LEGO? That was the BEST name you could come up with?) I probably wouldn't participate. But who knows? I might just have to try it.

I check by every so often.

We need a third entry into BiO's Mech Frame comp before we can get the next one underway.

I agree, but with the way this group's been going, it doesn't really look like that'll happen any time soon. But we can hope.

I didn't realize that was still being held open. The reason I hadn't entered it was because I didn't have any inspiration at the time. Looks like I'll have to do some serious brainstorming.

Yeah, Andrew decided he couldn't judge just two entries.

Ugh, I still can't come up with anything for the contest. I thought I might try something Minecraft themed, but it didn't turn out that great, so I scrapped it. Back to the drawing board...

Well to me it's just nice to know that someone else is actually actively working on an entry. Maybe we can finally get this contest out of the way for new ones.

The last contest didn't interest me at all, and I stated up front I wasn't planning on participating. I just assumed that we would have started a second contest alongside well before now.

What we need is for someone, preferably a mod/admin to say, ok this is what we are doing, the deadline is this and if the deadline passes with less than x number of entries, the competition is null and we move onto another contest.

This waiting indefinitely for another person to show interest is just, futile.

Well, as soon as Contest #3 gets judged and finalized, I do have an interesting idea for Contest #4: Junkers! Pretty much take parts from different mecha and throw them together. I like that idea...
