A: We appreciate your concern in becoming a group moderator. We (Club Lego group admins) will promote you when we feel you're responsible enough to be a moderator.

A: Moderators (and if necessary an admin) will lock topics if it is inappropriate (or if it states in the rules that you must ask first before creating a new topic).
