First you should look at the Rules, please remember to look at the rules often, in case it has been updated. Secondly,You should go to the nations thread and look at the map to decide where you want your country to be. The map should be updated often.
Then leave a comment here on this info
1)nation name
2)starting counrty(s) depending on size
3)colour on map (homepage)
Thirdly go straight to the "Countries money"
thread ask how much money you have. It is depending on which countries you control and how much land you own.Using this info go to the "country stats" thread and update your countrys stats constantly!
Then, start the game. You can buy vechiles and aircraft, building up your nation, and expand into new territory. You can also enter contests to win more money for your nation! Any questions please ask in the "questions" thread! :D

These 'rats' have more tanks, money, and technology...so... i sugest that you either be nuertal until you have something to show or become an ally of a larger and more powerful country.
