on another not, does anyone here know about Rauh-Welt Begriff? The words are German and mean (word by word) Rough World Term, which has no special meaning in German and (as far as I know) isn't used in this combination, either. The Japanese company with this name seem to be a Tuning company for Porsches, especially different 911 models.

Hi Allan,
Well... if it's half Silvia and half Skyline... then it's not a real car.
However a customised drift version of either is certainly eligible - the whole customising culture is a big thing for modern japanese cars, so it would be silly not to accept that in the contest.
I didn't know of Rauh-Welt Begriff before, but upon googling them, I see they have some pretty cool designs!

Why would you do that, I was just getting into the car I'm building and now I'm distracted again! =P
Those Porsches look awesome! I bet I'll be building one of those eventually... Permalink | March 3, 2012, 9:17 am |

Does anyone here read about car culture? Like, you know, tuning companies like garage-saurus and recently mentioned RWB (Rauh-Welt Begriff)or Powerhouse Amuse?

Yes, they certainly are! Suppose that I built one (which if I know myself it might just happen, all you have to do is tack on a wing and I'm hooked...) will I be allowed to enter it since its a Japanese tuning company? Permalink | March 5, 2012, 5:18 pm |

Unfortunately not - it might be a japanese tuning company, but it's still a german car. If I put a spoiler on my BMW, it won't make it a british car - same goes here.

Hey Nick, you know you'll have to choose only two of your "Frenchies", don't you..? That will be as hard as for Malte with his German cars... :-)) Permalink | April 16, 2012, 1:17 pm |
