As I mentioned on the group home page I'd like to collect as many Vic Vipers as possible in this group.

There is a great collection of Vic Vipers on Flickr and I'd like to have something similar here, too.

As many builders post their creations both on Flickr and here, it would be cool if as many builders as possible would add their Vic Viper to this group.

I'm inspired to build a Vic Viper over the weekend. Cool idea for a group!

And I'll invite some more builders. There are so many cool Vic Vipers on MOCpages!

I hope the group will be running well until NnoVVember :-))

Nils, have you seen this Viper (I just came across it on a completely unrelated search) http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/293884. Its excellent, perhaps you could ask him to join the group?

Mark Stafford has designed the official LEGO ADU Vic Viper as part of the Earth Defense HQ (set #7066). I wanted to invite him from the beginning, but I wanted to have some models in the group before I invite him. I think now it's time for that :-))

Lol, the fine workings of VV politics. =P That is a nice limey one, BTW.

Thanks for the invite! I was a bit surprised that there are hardly any Vic Viper groups on MOCpages yet. Admittingly I'm not a spacejunky and therefore not much into building Vipers. Hopefully you get enough support from many other great builders...

I couldn't believe that there was no big Vic Viper group, yet. So I started this one to fill that gap. I hope it will work :-))

For me your Vic Vipers are among the coolest on MOCpages, although you haven't done so many of them.

With my last Creator sets I started with a Vic Viper as the first alternate built. That's a cool challenge, especially when the original models can't "fly" :-)).

might I make a tiny suggestion for the group... Could you include (either as a locked topic or in the rules) the specs of what constitutes a "Vic Viper".

There is already a link to the "Vic Viper Rules" on the front page and in the group rules. But you are right, I can add a new topic, to make it clear.

I made a studless, SNOT Vic Viper and I will post it as soon as my compooter is working properly and I introduce the species who pilots it.
It has an awesome canopy that looks like it retracts into the ship's hull.

I've just added mine :) I think I might be the first one to use wheel arches as wings, I'm not entirely sure as there are so many out there!

Thanks for the invite Nils! Glad to be part of the group and I hope to add at least a couple more Vipers during Novvember.

I'm not sure, if it's the first one, either. But it's a really cool one, that's fore sure :-))

Thanks a lot for the invite! I see a lot of great designs here. This is my first VV, but I can't imagine it will be my last.

Nils, my Vic Viper is a Dodge Viper but a Dodge Viper is forbidden! Can I add it? :)
