Right now my main LEGO project is a Halo Elephant (I know, not Nintendo) but I will tell you if I have a new creation to add here! I was thinking maybe some Mario Kart MOCs.

I have a Beast Ganon that I'm really proud of. I also have a Ganondorf minifig. Just need to finish building Midna for my Wolf Link. I'll post them soon!
Update: Midna is finished! I'll post in the morning! Don't worry, BryTri4ce, completely different design than yours.

Are you going to use my decals? That would be really cool! I haven't seen them physically used yet, so I'd appreciate it. If they are too small, I know a technique that might help to resize it.

I just finished detailing my new Link minifig (my old one got completely wrecked). All that's left is to make the headpiece and take pics! It'll be up really soon.

I'm almost finished pit, but i still need to find his wings! I'm also working on Zelda and Toon link, but they still both need headgear.

I'm also currently working on a BIG Zelda project. I already have a 9-square foot Hyrule Castle, it's been lying around for about 2 years, but it's incredibly inaccurate (I ran out of pieces, so I improvised)! I'll probably rebuild it, along with many other Zelda minifigs.

When I got Metroid Prime 3, I made Ghor and Rundas (Rundas is missing an arm, though). I'll probably post my Ghor soon, without his suit. When I finish the suit, I'll repost Ghor.
