• Categories:
Round 1 will have 4 categories. Builders may build in any ONE of the four, it does not matter which category you choose. Round 2 will have two categories and the FF (Fantasic Four) may build in either category they wish.
Round 1:
Category 1.1 Old
What if a superhero becomes old? Will he still fight crimes as usual or just save kittens from trees? Build a vig (min 8 x 8, max 16 x 16) and show us that old superheroes are still useful. Or not …
A reasonable(!) overhang is allowed, like a plant, arm, leg, etc.
Category 1.2 Fail
What if a superhero fails to save the day? Build a vig (min 8 x 8, max 16 x 16) and show us a hero trying to avoid a catastrophe, fighting a villain or nature itself … and failing horribly. Dark humor is appreciated. A reasonable(!) overhang is allowed, like a plant, arm, leg, etc.
Category 1.3 Fight
Build a vig (min 8 x 8, max 16 x 16) and show us a good fight between good and evil (or good and good or evil and evil). All gadgets are allowed. A reasonable(!) overhang is allowed, like a plant, arm, leg, etc.
Category 1.4 Vehicle
Batman has his tumbler, Wonder Woman her jet … but what about the others? Build a vehicle for a hero, a car, tank, helicopter, mech, whatever you like.
Round 2:
Category 2.1 Hideout
Come up with a hideout for a superhero, who doesn’t have one but should have one. Do not use existing ones (like the Batcave or the Fortress of Solitude for example), build something new, like a hidden laboratory in an abandoned warehouse for Spider-Man. No size restrictions.
Category 2.2 Micro
Okay, now you can create existing superhero buildings from comics, series or movies, in microscale. But make it impressive. For example Wayne Manor, the Batcave, Professor Xavier’s School for gifted Youngsters etc. No size restrictions.
• Naming your creation:
Your MOC’s name must start with the following combination:
MXSC-
R1- (or R2-, depending if it’s round 1 or 2)
[category name] - (like Old or Vehicle or Micro for example)
and a title as you like
Example:
MXSC-R1-Fail - The Flash and his new shoes
or
MXSC-R2-Hideout – Spawn’s garret
You might add a link back to the contest group.

MOC’s will be judged on a 0 – 10 scale.
