Ok, here's Mission 2.

"Entry 1 - Mordor Host"
-- The Free People showed a surprising amount of strength in the Dead Marshes. However we have anticipated this and have our own strength to match. The Easterlings have long supported our cause and today we will go to them and confirm our alliance. --
"End Entry"

"Entry 1 - The Free People"
-- we know that the enemy now marches to the East where they will meet their allies in the land of Rhun. We cannot allow this alliance to continue! The host of Mordor must be crushed today! --
"End Entry"

Ok so there's Mission 2 and all the rules. Promotions are up for grabs for good entries!!

1. Please title your creation: "The War of the 7th Age, Mission 2: Shifting Sands"

2. There is no size limit.

3. You can use any figures that you want, but the focus must be on the Sig-Figs.

4. Follow your instructions! And remember the mission MUST be set in the Rhun unless told otherwise in the briefing.

Soldiers and Grunts: Soldiers must show your figure ambushing a convoy from Mordor. Grunts, you must defend the convoy.

Warriors: There are no warriors so there is no mission briefing.

Captains: There are no captains so there is no mission briefing.

Generals and leaders: Mordor Generals must show your figure meeting with the Easterling's leader. Free People Generals must show your figure attempting to convince the Easterlings that Mordor is evil

5. Please state your rank CLEARLY at the start or end of your creation.
This makes judging easier as we don't have to keep looking you up in the ranks.

6. You must post your entry by Sunday. Judging will carry out whenever your MOC is up but anything entered after Sunday will not count, results will be out on Monday.
There is also no need to rush creations! Take your time. So long as everyone is posting at the last minute then it'll be fine.

7. This week it would be preferred that there be no comics posted. And please no computer generated creations unless you really have to..

Good luck everyone, as always if you have any questions please ask them here.

Sorry about this RIDICULOUS question, but, what kind of landscape is Rhun?

Also I know this is odd too, but would it mess up the story if I changed my sig fig to an elf? I didn't enter for mission 1.

I am extremely busy with the MOs so I will probably not be able to enter anything here until I am out of them. Good luck with your contest(s)!

I looked it up on the wikipedia, and the most I could find was the sea of Ruhn, so I'll just have it out on a dock or something.

Oh ok. In that case it'll be a sort of tree fort by the sea.

i need to have something clarified, preferably by Harry. The sea of Rhun is an inland sea, with a small forest by it surrounded by a wasteland type place. Which place is it that we should be useing for the ambush point?

I'm not Harry, but I'm itching to answer this. If it was me, I would ambush them from the trees. But, if Harry does have a different answer, I'd go with that.

And as you are my king and commanding officer, I shall do as you say.

The choice is yours. Rhun is primarily sand/wasteland but your welcome to do the trees
