Before adding a MOC to the group, you need to comment on the 3 creations DIRECTLY above you (the 3 latest creations). Then you can add you own creation (link to creation) in a comment also saying the three people you commented on in the comment.
The people to add the first three creations do not need to comment on links above them until there is enough creations in this thread>
