A-ok. :D I made all three of mine and I was worried once I saw you said flexifigs only. :) It's really tricky to pt detail in an 8x8 baseplate with no over hangs... :P

You can have a 2 stud overhang on each side...

It is actually not overly hard, just think simple, and get more detailed as it develops.

Hoooray! I've had an idea, so I'm entering the contest! Just two problems. Firstly the standard is really high already, so I hope I can produce something good. Secondly, my Mum & Dad are visiting, so I can't build at the moment. Yes, I might be a 40 year old AFOL, but pesky parents still get in the way of Lego building, just like being TFOL :)

Considering the fact that we judges are supposed to judge on "the creativity, originality, look, etc of the minifigure's pose" I imagine you would be allowed to try something new.

Photo is clear: 2/2 (Although it would have been nice if you took the picture vertically instead of horizontally. Then you could get a close-up and we could see more details.) Nice clean builds packed with details: 3/3. Poses are all very nice: 4/5. That's 9 points out of 10 total.
