I'm only gonna post one thing, but I'm thankful for my old friend hal. We met in primary school, and for my 7th birthday he gave me my first lego set. It was a bionicle, the originalm nokama model. From there, my love of lego grew until it couldn't be controlled. I found my way here, and that's the story. I haven't seen hal properly since year three, so that was seven years ago when I was eight. I saw him on and off for a few years after that, but now he's dissapeared. The relationship between our parents was always turbulent...

Thank you hal, the friend that unknowingly led me here.

Not really. It just seems like that if you travel by plane. I took a plane to america, and it was a 13 hour flight. I tried to stay awake, but the last thing I remember was seeing the beginning of 'big bang theory' on the TV, and then I remember waking up with drool coming out of my mouth. It was kinda embaressing.

However, I am thankful of my trip to america (keeping on topic). It taught me a lot about music, and about not trusting your room-mates. But that's a story that I'll only tell if you ask. And yes, it involves lego...

Even if it doesn't involve LEGO I still want to hear it...>:D I know plenty about not trusting room-mates. But it didn't happen to me.

One of my friends used saran-wrap and wrapped it around both the person and their bunk at camp so they couldn't get out in the morning.

In 2011, I went on my trip to america. I had a room-mate called ___ ___. He was a bit of a disorganised person. In the final week of our trip, he accidentally placed his money in my suitcase instead of his. It wasn't in a wallet, it was just there. We also had identical suitcases, so it was understandable. I had no idea it was mine, so I bet you can you can guess what I spent it on. I managed to get a bunch of the hero factory 2.0 sets, as well as the old-style boba fett in the form of a magnet. After I found out it was mine, I payed him back instantly. However everyone, to this day, calls me 'the thief who steals for lego', when the guy who put it in my bags even admits it was his fault.

Some people will take every chance to hate people. Seriously, it's been almost three years! This is getting REALLY old...

That I live in a country with outstanding welfare social programs and universal health care.

As well as the ability to act and think freely, and express thoughts, as well as express individuality.

I am also grateful for the gift of music. Without it, life would be like living in black and white. It is the thing that colors my day, and emotions.
That is, good music, such as Radiohead.

Not that ridiculous Dubstep, metal or rap. It's not music, at that point.
It had potential to be, but it was twisted so much.

I'm grateful for the family I have, and the support and insight they can give when I need it.
I'm grateful for having the opportunity to attend public school, and I am also grateful for modern technology, as it allows us all to connect in many different ways, from such diverse locations.

I am grateful to be myself. I am glad I have found out who I am, and I am glad that I was able to so young, at 17. I'm 18 now, but that's beside the point.

I could go on. I'm grateful for many things.

Well, starting 2014, Microsoft won't be supporting XP, so that means no security, no updates, no nothing. You should consider upgrading or something soon.

What kind of guitar do you have? My dad builds Fender Stratocasters and Telecasters,
(I have 3 Strats, and the parts to build at least 5 more, and my dad is building a Telecaster for someone as a job)
I have a 60's Silvertone, a Yamaha acoustic/electric, a Fender acoustic, some old Ibanez, which I'm not sure what model is...

... and my favorite guitar that I own, is a 1975 Fender Starcaster.

It's beautiful. :'3
