Ok guys here is how its gonna go down.
Due to a mess up in this contest we will be have a three man fight for First, Second, and, Third. BUT ALL 5 FROM ROUND THREE WILL BE ALLOWED TO BUILD.
This is in case someone doesn't build the next person will be bought in as an alternate.
Round Three's Results were:
KW Vauban- 19
Markus- 18
Super Spy -17
Chewie- 14
Sarge- 13
This was very very close! So I can't wait to see the Round 4 entries
The Round four Category is going to be an abstract one and I want to see where you guys go with it. So without further talk from me your Round Four category is .....

Give us your interpretation of this quote.

All five will build but only the top three will be judged unless one doesn't post. This way it makes it fair to award 1 2 3 instead of a guy who didn't build getting it.

If you read it carefully You'd see you still need to build but it may or may not be in the running for the 1,2 , and 3 place if Someone Above you drops out.

Kids are taught English all throughout school in European Contries since it is the most prominent language in the world. I think China and Japan also do it, too. They could own each and every person in the United States when it came to English.

Just a suggestion, here. Next year, I think in the one-on-one elimination rounds, I think you should use voting for the matchups, because otherwise, it's pointless to have them go against each other. For example, I beat Freeling++, but still didn't make it into the final round.

Dude, you just built a farm with Stormtroopers. You have the grounds for worms and all you need is Vader or Sidious in the MOC and you've got something. I know it's for another contest, but you have had time and if you quit, then we should have gone with your runner-up instead if you're not willing to put anything up for the LAST ROUND.

Alright, let's get this party started.
I'm honoured by this opportunity, and would like to congratulate both builders on making this far and creating a slew of excellent creations. Alas, like in Highlander, there can be only one winner. I'm going to give each entry a 1-5 score, and explain my reasoning as well as possible so that everyone appreciates the ratings.

As the first poster, I'll talk about KW Vauban's build first. A newcomer to MOCpages, this AFOL quickly established himself as one of the best Star Wars builders around, though I am ignoring all his prior works in my judging.
The first thing I see in a creation is the photography. Vauban's is nice, quite clear and well angled. The photos of the shuttle could be a tad brighter though.
The next thing I notice in his build is the landscape. While decent, it could definitely be improved. The tan/dark tan colour scheme works well, though I think that small dark tan plates could be mixed in with the tan plateau and dunes for some extra colour interest. The layering of the plates is well done though, and the curve in the path is excellent. My biggest problem lies with the plateau itself. The rockwork is rather clunky, there are very few slopes used which results in a boxy and unnatural design. To top it off, the peak is very bland, lacking any features like colour variety, foliage, or rocks.
Your lackluster landscape is redeemed by the shuttle design. The colour blocking is superb, and you use a wide range of techniques to achieve the proper shape. I'm not sold on the cockpit, I think cheese slopes would clean it up nicely, but overall the shuttle is fantastic.
So, in conclusion, KW Vauban receives a 3.5 for his entry. I have enjoyed seeing his creations, and while his landscaping lost him some points here I think that with a bit of practice he'll be a master at that genre as well.

And now for General X. A great builder who I first encountered during the MocOlympics, X is an ambitious and prolific builder of all sorts of neat things. As with Vauban, his prior entries do not affect his score in the slightest.
Okay, photography. It's not bad, all the pictures are in focus and clear. Some of the shots are a tad dark though, perhaps using sunlight or a couple more lamps would help. Also, I notice a variety of smudges on each photo, I'm not sure if these are dust particles or fingerprints, but I heartily endorse wiping off you lens (or cleaning your sensor, if you're using a DSLR).
Now, the first thing I see in the main photo is a barn. A very nice barn at that. However, the Darth Maul is practically invisible, without closer inspection this looks like a peaceful farm scene. I think that were you to place the figures differently or use different colours for the background landscape you'd have more visual impact. Still, I really enjoy the take on the category and your execution.
On that subject, let's talk about the figures. The worms are simple yet effective, I like the dirt mounds under them as well. Darth Maul seems a bit rushed and unpolished though. There are slightly too many studs and gaps showing, and the overall design isn't very organic. Still, I like the flexibility.
And now onto the barn. A very cool building, I like the colour scheme and the inclusion of features like the weather van, shutters, and siding doors. The exposed studs on the roof actually work well, and the cutaway gives some nice extra space. I think you could have exploited this space a bit better though, tiling the floors and adding more furniture/features.
Outside the barn there's a nice big landscape. Unfortunately, as it is only one plate high, it is very flat and rather lifeless. I could forgive this, as it's farmland, but you also make use of very large plates, making colour changes from brown to green very abrupt and chunky. Were you to use many 1x2 and 1x1 plates for a bit of a curve it would look much more natural. The foliage, while simple, adds some nice variety though, and the fence is a good addition.
Finally, onto the other figures. I really, really like the farmer droids. The colours you use are immensely appropriate, and I can immediately recognize them as farmers. The COW droid's a fun addition as well, and I like the weedwacker and pitchfork designs.
On the whole, General X earns a 3 from me. While I enjoyed the concept and much of the build, it lacks the polished finesse which would have made this a winning entry. X definitely has the skills though, and with a little time and a few more bricks he'll be back with some truly stunning works.

So, congratulations KW Vauban on winning this gruelling competition! You've amazed me with both your speed and quality, and I hope to see more from you in the coming years.
General X, you put up a fight like a pro, and came up with brilliant concepts and excellent MOCs which have had all the judges laughing.
As for all the other contestants, my hat's off to you for your great building and tenacity!

Keep on building!

Luke, thanks for judging and giving the in-depth comments and criticism, it was very helpful. Congratz KW, you did a terrific job. Anyway, some things about my build. Yes, the Maul bird was rushed to get it in, I could definitely have improved it. I should've put more trash/junk in the barn (a real barn has plenty of trash and junk ;). As for 1x1 plates in brown and green, I have a few but I need many, many more! (Another excuse for a BL order.) I am sure I could build much better if I had more bricks, (sure, some people say it's the way you use limited bricks that shows how talented you are, but I still want to build without many restrictions) which I am working on now that I have a BL account.

Some advice to KW. Some things I would've liked to see in your entry to make it even better: a cave (possibly with a skeleton), a bandit camp with tents, supplies, weapons, etc., some light grey/brown pieces scattered around for rocks and possibly some foliage like the dark tan bush, dark grey bamboo leaves and olive green flower stems.

Thank you, LukeClarenceVan The Revanchist , for the detailed scoring of my last entry for the SWO. I have to admit that all the things you pointed out are correct. The landscape is not good and it was built in a rush.

I don't want to be ungratefully, but in my opinion General X (aka SuperSpyX) did with his entry (- this time ;-) -) the better job, so he should earn the price. (... and I'm from Germany and a AFOL, too, so I think it's easier when the price will be send in the USA to a younger FOL)

I hope you understand my bad English and my intentions.

Ok Well I have researched and it looks like it doesn't cost that much to send things overseas in an envelope. If KW takes Second I can ship the collectable Minifigs to him in a small envelope which shouldn't cost much.
Then chewie would get a small envelope leaving the small set to be shipped to Super Spy.
