Alright, I'm here! :)

I'll wait to see that Rangers is too, and then I'll come up with a category, if you guys so desire.

Ranger has not come yet...but I've only told him about a couple million times that we're ready. Also, nice joke about leaving for Flickr. I almost believed you! ;D

Alrighty chaps! The MOC-off will begin now and end at 11:59pm, MOCpages time on 4/15/13 (two weeks from today). Post a link to your entry in this thread once you've added it to MOCpages.

In the interest of this being a Castle/LOTR group, the category will be along the lines of medieval fantasy.

Category: Gnomeville!
Build a scene of the mystical ant-sized beings known as Gnomes. What would these little peoples' dwellings look like? What foes would persons of their stature be faced with? What's it like to be a dwarf-like being, yet only the size of a bug? Let the medieval fantasy building commence!

There! I hope that suits both of you. Good luck! :)

You do which ever you prefer. I think either can be used effectively.

Alright, here's the verdict! You both submitted good entries, so I went back and forth a little. As far as builds alone are concerned, I think Ranger's was a tad better. But the category said "Gnomeville" and had it not been for the title, I wouldn't have known that Ranger's build was supposed to be gnome scale. Both of you included trees where blades of grass might have been more appropriate. That said, I'm going to hand the victory to Sarge on this one for his cleverness in displaying the tiny scale of the gnomes. The soldier's foot is what won me over. Congratulations Sarge!
