Hello everybody, we need to recruit new members, make new topics, and whatever else we can to keep this group alive. I will do a better part myself to keep this group running, but I need your help too! If I, or another ADMIN has made you an ADMIN or MOD, please try hard to keep us together. I would like to remind you that ADMINs and MODs have entrusted in me to do their part in the supporting of this group.

On behalf of the Humongous Group team, Seamus

Indeed, but you really shouldn't forget the reason for the season.

NOT TO BE that whiny guy...

...but are you reading my comments, Seamus? Not just you, but the administration of this group as a whole. You (all admins and mods) keep posting about how we need more activity, etc., and almost every single time I have dutifully responded with a comment, albeit a lengthy comment.

If THG is a group run by people who want more activity but ignore/set aside the comments of those who are actively suggesting ways to boost activity, then I don't think I want to be a part of it anymore.

Honestly im not even sure an option is migrating our more active members to another group like ibrivk or abs forever

1. I agree.
2. I never said we should.
3. You're the only staff who has given any feedback at all to my suggestions; my main issue is with the "original" staff. Seriously guys, give an ear to your members..

I am so glad that you want to be active in this group, but I am just trying to get everyone else to be active. Not you.

If you have a comment that you need the ADMINs and MODS to pay attention to, please be more vocal with your questions. I will create a topic for Questions for ADMINs and MODs.

THAT is a good idea. :)

Valid point; active people don't need to be told to be active. But my posts consisted largely of suggestions on how to improve activity in a group with inactive members, suggestions which I felt were ignored.

I hope you understand where I'm coming from. My previous post on leaving the group was largely due to frustration since I thought I was contributing (I still think I am contributing) but my contribution was not considered.
