Welcome to the ABL! Everyone including the admins must read this thread.

1. You may use the general discussion thread for smack talk but not other threads.

2. Only Admins can make new threads.

3. LDD or MLCad or other Lego designers are not allowed in this contest.

4. In the qualifier you must title your entries "ABL round 1: (replace this with the title of your creation)

5. Rule 4 applies also to the elimination rounds but you must include the following: "Your name vs. Your opponent's name"

6. There will be 5 and only 5 judges (including me) for all rounds. Judging in round 1 and 4 is like this: Each judge rates each entry on a scale of 1-20 based on their opinion on the entry. So you can receive up to 100 points.

Judging in the elimination rounds works like this:
Let's say people 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 go to the elimination rounds and person 1 is against person 8. I like person 1's entry more than person 8's. I explain why in a comment on person 1's AND person 8's entry. You need 3 out of 5 votes to advance.
