Round 5: semifinals!
 Group admin
First things first: congratulations to all who made this far. You are now officially on top of MOCpages' Bionicle world.
Now for some rules :)

1- This is a direct elimination round.

2- Time Frame - You have until the end of the month to submit your MOC. Entries posted outside this time frame will be void.

3- Entries - Only one entry per person, as always.

4- Reminder - Remember to specify that your MOC is an entry for the 2013 Bio Cup (you can title it any way you want) and to add a link to you entry's page right in the round 4 entry thread once you're sure everything's OK.

When in doubt, double-check the rules and/or ask us. Better safe than sorry.

And the theme is...

Showdown! - Create a powerful villain to pit in an epic fight against your Titanized character. Make it so your character would have a hard time dealing with it. No size restrictions.
Your sidekick can assist your character if you wish, minor tweaks are allowed on both.

Match A - Dark Crusader VS Toa Phosphorous
Giant Chimera - A monstrous creature made out of parts of different beasts.

Match B - [Chro] VS Toa Infernum
Murder Engine - A mobile device built for the sole purpose of killing.

Best of luck to all of you.
Have at it!

Ooh! Great round! Do we have to show both in the pictures? Do we even have to keep our character intact? I think we do, but it isn't specified...

Yes. We said "Don't scrap it if you win".
And to "pit it against" means exactly what it reads. We know we're going to strtch you colloections thin, or even force you to scrap older MOCs, but we did it to see how you deal with with it. That should get those brain gears rolling :)

Brain gears are rollin'! I think it'll be fun to make a giant robot thing with almost no parts! XD

Well, you've been lucky with your theme, then. It will allow you to use all those larger technic parts which usually aren't used much in bio-MOCs.

Yeah... I don't think I do, though.

It's a shame I'm not very good at working with large parts.

That's what we're here for. Push your boundaries, experiment. At worst you'll lose.

After a week without inspiration or inclination to build, I eventually got started with some inspiration from round two. Almost done now.

Just a little more, there's still some judges who didn't vote yet... And we're tweaking the final round's details.
